How do I download my Bandwidth invoice?

To download your monthly invoice: 

  1. Log into the Bandwidth Dashboard.
  2. In the top navigation menu, select Insights and click Billing.
  3. Use the Type field to select Invoices.


  4. Use the Date range field to choose if you want to download your invoice for the Previous Month, Month to date, or a Custom time frame.
    • If you select Custom, please manually enter the start and end dates or use the calendar tool. To do the latter, click the Calendar icon and then double-click on the date to lock it.Screen_Shot_2020-05-28_at_7.05.25_PM__2_.png
  5. Click Submit to download a PDF and a CSV into your web browser.
    • Note: If you don't see the file, check the Downloads section in your web browser or the Downloads folder on your computer.
  6. Once you open the file, you'll find your account number, the invoice number, the invoice due date, and the total amount due on the first page.
