If you're a user with account administrator rights in the Bandwidth Dashboard, you can reset other users' passwords or send them a password reset email.

To reset a user's password:

  1. Log into the Bandwidth Dashboard.
  2. In the top navigation bar, select Account and then click Users.
  3. Click on the user account you'd like to update.
  4. Select the Password drop-down and click Send Reset Link.
    • Note: If the user hasn't verified their email address, the Send Reset Link button won't be available. Instead, you'll need to set that user's password yourself and let them know so they can log in.
  5. Click Save.

If a user is locked out of the Bandwidth Dashboard:

  1. Toggle the switch to Active.
  2. Click Save.
