Two new one-time set-up fees for short codes

What's happening? 

On March 1, 2023, Bandwidth will begin passing on two carrier set-up fees for new short codes to customers: a T-Mobile short code Set-Up fee and a Verizon short code Set-Up fee.

What do I need to know?

Additional details about these fees are below. 

T-Mobile short code Set-Up fee:

This is a one-time, nonrecurring setup fee of $500 from T-Mobile. This fee applies to any new or migrated short code in our system. 

Verizon short code Set-Up fee:

This is a one-time, nonrecurring setup fee of $150 fee from Verizon. This fee applies to any migrated short code in our system.
