Upcoming enhancements to 933 testing

We are improving the experience of our 933 testing service, also known as the automated 911 testing line.
Beginning February 16, 2023, the 933 testing service will include the following enhancements:
- Improved voice and audio aesthetics that are easy to comprehend
- Enablement of all DLR types to use 933
- Dynamic messaging to include failure reasons and error codes for troubleshooting
933 dynamic messaging provides you with read-back messages whether or not a test is successful. If the test call is successful, the service will provide the calling number and provisioned address. If the test call is unsuccessful, the service will now identify the issue as part of the failure message.
What do I need to do?
These enhancements will automatically be made by February 16, so give 933 a call to test them out! For more information, check out our support article.
