Message Expiration
FollowWhat’s happening?
Message Expiration is a new API parameter that allows you to specify the expiration date for your messages. This helps keep them time-relevant and ensures they aren’t sent after the specified time. If a message expires, Bandwidth will send a message-failed event with a 4360 error code to your callback URL.
What do I need to know?
Message Expiration is currently available only for short code and toll-free SMS.
