Change to AT&T’s surcharge rates on October 1, 2023

What's happening?
Effective October 1, 2023, AT&T will be standardizing surcharge rates across all products. They will begin charging a higher fee for outbound SMS and MMS rates for Short Code, Toll-Free, and 10DLC traffic.

Note: There are no changes to the current rates for unregistered 10DLC traffic.
What do I need to do?
No action is needed. These charges will automatically be applied to your account on October 1, 2023.
