Why did my anonymous call fail?
FollowAnonymous calls can fail for a few different reasons, but it’s typically caused by the incorrect data provided in the SIP headers.
Due to the STIR/SHAKEN requirements, you must have a valid E.164 number in the From and P-Asserted Identity headers within the SIP message when sending an anonymous call across the Bandwidth network. In addition, you need to add either the “Privacy=full” or “Privacy=Id” header to ensure your call is anonymous.
