How do I opt out of A2P traffic as a T-Mobile subscriber?

T-Mobile allows their subscribers to opt out of receiving Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS and MMS messages via the Content Blocking service. Bandwidth customers who send messages to opted-out T-Mobile subscribers will see these messages fail with an error code 4720 (HTTP) or 720 (SMPP).
