Possible temporary increase in 902 DLR codes

What's happening? 

Customers may notice an increase in 902 DLR codes in Insights, Message Search, and MDRs for toll free MMS. Callbacks will reflect the correct Delivery Response from our downstream provider.

What do I need to know?

As we add more capacity to support higher volumes of traffic, this is one of the tradeoffs we have to make. We expect this to only be a temporary change.
