Bandwidth App order history limited to three years

What's happening?

Effective May 1, 2024, the Bandwidth App will begin purging order history after three years.

What do I need to know?

Historically, the Bandwidth App UI and APIs allowed you to view orders and order details for any order on your account. Beginning May 1, you will only have access to order data from the past three years.

What do I need to do?

If you need access to order data that is older than three years old, you can start saving the data in your own system, as it will no longer be available in the Bandwidth App.
