What's happening?
Effective May 1, 2024, the Bandwidth Dashboard will begin purging order history after three years.
What do I need to know?
Historically, the Bandwidth Dashboard UI and APIs allowed you to view orders and order details for any order on your account. Beginning May 1, you will only have access to order data from the past three years.
What do I need to do?
If you need access to order data that is older than three years old, you can start saving the data in your own system, as it will no longer be available in the dashboard.
