What do I need to know?
We highly recommend referencing our Black Friday and Cyber Monday messaging sending guide. We have added some key highlights here:

Anticipated Peak sending times: 9 AM EST - 3 PM EST on Black Friday (November 24, 2023) and Cyber Monday (November 27, 2023)
- Send outside of the start of the hour and half of the hour to avoid peak times.

All 10DLC traffic should be properly registered before sending on BFCM.
