Why am I receiving multiple invoices each month?

Depending on the type of services your company uses, you may receive more than one Bandwidth invoice each month.

In general, separate invoices will be produced for Emergency Voice Services and Wholesale Voice Services. Typically:

  • Account numbers with 4-5 digits are for Bandwidth’s 9-1-1 Access portal which services our E911
  • Account numbers with 6-8 digits are for Bandwidth’s Dashboard portal
