TOS - Type of Service E16
You may see this error displayed as the error code of E16 or with a message indicating "Wrong TOS", "Type of Service", or similar.
What does it mean?
It means that the service (Business or Residential) selected when submitting the order, is incorrect according to the current carrier's records.
How do I resolve it?
If the Bandwidth App allows you to make this change, go ahead and change it to the opposite of what was originally chosen. If the Bandwidth App doesn't allow this change, please open a ticket with the Bandwidth Porting Team and they will get the order moving along.
