You may see this error displayed as the error code of E16 or with a message indicating 'Wrong TOS, 'Type of Service' or similar.
What does this mean?
This means that when the order was submitted the service selected (Business or Residential) is incorrect according to the current carrier's records.
How do I resolve it?
If the portal you use allows you to make this change, go ahead and change it to the opposite of what was originally chosen. If the portal you use does not allow this change, please let our LNP team know and they will get the order moving along.
