What happened to the Account Summary section?
The account summary section previously served as a “point in time” snapshot for your recent invoices and payments. This formerly appeared on page 2 of your Bandwidth invoice and has now been removed. Going forward this summary will be emailed as a PDF attachment along with your invoice. If an up-to-date statement of account is needed in the future, please reach out to your Bandwidth Global Payments team!
How do I pay my Universal Invoice?
Refer to page 2 of your invoice for all payment options and accepted payment methods. If you have any questions or concerns about payment, please email customerpayments@bandwidth.com.
What information does the Universal Invoice CSV include?
The CSV is meant to provide the most granular breakdown of charges you receive on the PDF. For example, the invoice PDF may have a single line item for number port-in charges covering the month of July. The CSV will have individual rows with quantities for each day of July that had number port-in charges.
Note: If you're looking to compute the rate for a particular line item on your invoice, simply divide the charge column by the quantity to get the rate.
You'll receive the CSV as a separate attachment via email along with the PDF as soon as your invoice is ready each month. The CSV is also included when you download your invoice from the Bandwidth App. Want to see what it looks like? Click here to download a sample Universal Invoice CSV.
