How do I check if the number is portable?Follow
Before beginning the process of porting phone numbers to the Bandwidth's network, we recommend you confirm that they can be ported.
To check phone number portability, perform the following steps:
- Log into the Bandwidth Dashboard.
- In the top navigation bar, click Numbers and select Port.
- Once you're on the Port Phone Numbers page, enter or paste the phone number(s) in the Phone numbers field and click Check Portability.
- If the Bandwidth Dashboard identifies the number(s) as portable, you can begin the porting process by selecting Start Port Request.
Note: If you're checking portability for multiple numbers, please separate then with commas or spaces.
