How do I submit a project port?
FollowOnce you’ve reviewed our project porting guidelines to confirm that your port qualifies as a project, and completed your project port spreadsheet, perform the following steps:
- Log into the Bandwidth Support Center.
- In the top right corner, click Tickets and then select Create a ticket.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the What do you need help with today? field and select Number Porting Support.
- Add a Subject and a Description of Issue or Concern.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Number Porting Support Category field, select Port In, and then click Project Port.
- To attach the project port spreadsheet, click Add file in the Attachments section and select the file you'd like to upload.
- Click Submit. This will route your ticket directly to our Project Porting team for processing.
