- Navigate to support.bandwidth.com and log in.
- On the top right, click 'Submit Ticket'.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the ‘What do you need help with today?’ section and select ‘Number Porting Support’.
- Add a Subject and a Description of Issue or Concern.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the ‘Number Porting Support Category’ section, select ‘Port In’ and then click ‘Project Port’.
- To attach the Project Port Spreadsheet, click ‘Add file’ in the “Attachments” section and select your document.
- Click 'Submit'.
This will route your ticket directly to our Project Porting team for processing.
