How to Submit a Project Port

After you’ve reviewed our Project Porting Guidelines to confirm that your port qualifies as a project, and completed your Project Port Spreadsheet, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to support.bandwidth.com and log in.
  2. On the top right, click 'Submit Ticket'.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow in the ‘What do you need help with today?’ section and select ‘Number Porting Support’.
  4. Add a Subject and a Description of Issue or Concern.
  5. Click the drop-down arrow in the ‘Number Porting Support Category’ section, select ‘Port In’ and then click ‘Project Port’.
  6. To attach the Project Port Spreadsheet, click ‘Add file’ in the “Attachments” section and select your document.
  7. Click 'Submit'.

This will route your ticket directly to our Project Porting team for processing.
