How to Submit a Project Port

After you have reviewed our Project Porting Guidelines page to confirm that your port qualifies as a project, and completed your Project Port Spreadsheet perform the following steps:

 

Navigate to support.bandwidth.com and log in.
On the top right, click 'Submit Ticket'
In this case, select ‘Number Porting Support’ from the Area of support dropdown menu.
Add a Subject and a Description to your ticket.
To attach the Project spreadsheet, click ‘Add File’ and select your document.
For the LNP Support category, first click the ‘Port In’ option, then select ‘Project Port.’
Click 'Submit'

 

This will route your ticket directly to our Projects team for processing.
