How do I complete the project port spreadsheet?Follow
At Bandwidth, we offer a project porting service to help you move large quantities of numbers over to our network. To use this service, you'll need to complete a project port spreadsheet before submitting numbers for a large port. This way, our Porting team can quickly locate pertinent information when processing your order.
After reviewing our project porting guidelines to confirm that your port qualifies as a project, perform the following steps:
- Download the project port spreadsheet template.
- Fill it out starting in Cell A-2. Please enter each phone number in its own row
|Column A||Your Bandwidth Dashboard Account Name and Account Number.|
|Column B||The Sub-account name and ID number you want the numbers provisioned under.|
|Column C||The Location name and ID number you want the numbers provisioned under.|
|Column D||The current Billing Telephone Number.|
|Column E||The New Billing Telephone Number (if any TNs or services are to remain active with the losing carrier).|
|Column F||The business/end user's name.|
|Columns G-H||The end user’s PIN and Account Number. These fields are required if we are porting from a wireless carrier.|
|Column I||The person’s name who authorized the port on the Letter of Authorization (LOA).|
|Columns J-N||The end user's service address.|
|Column O||Telephone numbers you wish to port.|
|Column P||Requested FOC date (This is a requested date. The ultimate FOC date will be dependent upon the current provider's timeframes. Requested date on projects is a minimum of 3 weeks from the date of submittal).|
|Column Q||Date the LOA was signed.|
|Example Sheet||Shows an example of how the spreadsheet should look once filled in.|
- Once you complete the project porting spreadsheet, open a ticket with our Porting team.
