How do I add an email notification for multiple orders?

The Notifications feature lets you receive e-mail notifications on any notes or changes made to your orders. This article describes how you can add notifications for all orders of a particular type. If you want to add them only for certain orders, please follow these steps instead.

To add an email notification for an order type: 

  1. Log in to the Bandwidth App.
  2. In the side navigation bar, select Account and click Notifications.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select the order type for which you'd like to receive notifications.
  5. Select the subscription type.
  6. Enter the recipient's email address or choose a previously used one from the drop-down menu.
  7. Select the frequency with which you’d like to receive updates:
    • Instantly: You'll receive an email within a few minutes of a change made to your order.
    • Daily: You'll receive a daily report of all activity on an order.
  8. Click Add Notification.

Note: To unsubscribe from a particular notification, check the box next to it and click Delete.
