TO and FROM fields required for Voice Technical Support tickets

Effective September 3, 2024, we will be requiring both the TO and FROM numbers when opening Technical Support tickets related to Voice services. While these fields have been optional in the past, we are now using automation based on the information in these fields to provide you with more relevant and timely support.
What do I need to know?
By providing us with the TO and FROM numbers, our support teams can identify the root cause of your problem more efficiently, improving the overall response and resolution times of your tickets.
