What do I need to do?

If you’re a brand owner, or if you’re applying for a SenderID registration associated with a protected brand on behalf of a brand owner in the UK, you must submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) signed by the brand and filed with BT. To do so,

  1. Open a ticket with the Bandwidth Compliance Team to receive the LOA
  2. Send the LOA to your customer (the protected brand) to be signed
  3. Once signed, please return the LOA to the Bandwidth Compliance Team so it can be filed with BT along with the Sender ID registration.
