Limit media uploads to one content type

What's happening?
Effective September 29, 2024, you will only be able to specify one type of content header for media file uploads. If you attempt to include multiple content types in the same upload, you will receive an HTTP 415 error.
We are making this change to support a secure and accurate messaging experience for our customers.
