Match the file extension of media uploads to the content type

Updated

What's happening?

When uploading media files, ensure that the file extension is explicitly specified and matches the content header type. If either of these requirements is not met, you will receive an HTTP 415 error.

What do I need to know?

We are making this change to support a secure and accurate messaging experience for our customers, in conjunction with the recent requirement to only specify one type of content header for media file uploads.
