Can I turn MMS on and off on individual phone numbers?

MMS Messaging is a Location-based setting. If it's enabled on a location with multiple phone numbers, you can't use an individual phone number to turn MMS on and off. However, if a Location has only one phone number associated with it, that number can be used to turn MMS on and off for that particular Location.
