Number Reputation Management integration guide
Bandwidth Number Reputation Management (NRM) empowers enterprises to manage and correct inaccurate call labels like “Scam Likely,” “Spam Risk,” and “Potential Spam.” To access NRM services, you must submit an NRM request and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
An NRM request consists of a questionnaire that Bandwidth, a company that provides NRM and related services, uses to collect important information from customers (businesses or organizations) who wish to improve or manage the reputation of their phone numbers, especially in the context of caller identification, call blocking, and other telecommunications-related issues. Its purpose is to verify ownership and help Bandwidth assess and understand customer-specific needs related to NRM.
An LOA is a legal document that grants an individual the authority to act on behalf of a business or organization in managing its telecommunication services. In the context of NRM, obtaining a valid LOA is essential for Bandwidth to assist you in managing and improving the reputation of your phone numbers. To move forward with NRM services, you must secure an LOA from each entity whose phone numbers you wish for Bandwidth to manage.
To submit an NRM request and provide an LOA, please open a ticket and complete the following steps:
