Changes to the ticket open process for messaging registration support
What's happening?
As the messaging ecosystem continues to evolve, we have updated our ticketing processes to offer better messaging registration support.
What do I need to do?
Messaging Compliance has evolved into Messaging Registration Support. Effective April 29th, 2025, when you open a ticket related to messaging registration, please select the Messaging Registration Support option under What do you need help with today?. You’ll then be prompted to select the messaging channel and topic you need assistance with.
