The Bandwidth Dashboard lets you create and manage a pool of geolocations to be used by endpoints for directing emergency services. Each endpoint must be associated with a geolocation (for taxation purposes), but you can associate a single geolocation with multiple endpoints. When a new geolocation or endpoint association is created, an E911 order is generated. If you're looking for information on how to add or delete E911 endpoints, check out this support article.

To view the list of 911 geolocations and endpoints:

  1. Log into the Bandwidth Dashboard.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Account and select Dynamic Location Routing

Note: If you'd like to view your E911 orders, you can either use the Search for an Order tool on the home page, or click the Orders tab in the top navigation bar and scroll down to the E911 Orders section. For more information about managing orders, check out this support article.
