No. Bandwidth’s two-way global SMS reach is intended for P2P use cases only. Although, there is not a global standard for this traffic, globally P2P traffic is low-volume, balanced traffic consistent with human operation just as it is defined in the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Alerts, marketing, PIN codes, appointment reminders, 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) or other types of bulk and A2P (application-to-peer) traffic is not allowed over global routes using Bandwidth phone numbers.
