No. Bandwidth’s two-way global SMS reach is intended for P2P use cases only. Although, there is not a global standard for this traffic, globally P2P traffic is low-volume, balanced traffic consistent with human operation just as it is defined in the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Alerts, marketing, PIN codes, appointment reminders, or other types of bulk and A2P (application-to-peer) traffic is not allowed over global routes using Bandwidth phone numbers.
