Does Bandwidth handle opt-in and opt-out keywords?

Bandwidth doesn't provide any opt-in or opt-out support for long codes and short codes. Our toll-free messaging does enforce STOP/UNSTOP/START commands at the network layer, however the onus of honoring these commands and maintaining opt-in and opt-out lists lies with the customer.
