Does Bandwidth handle opt-in and opt-out keywords?
Bandwidth doesn't provide any opt-in or opt-out support for long codes and short codes. Our toll-free messaging does enforce opt-in/opt-out commands at the network layer, however the onus of honoring these commands and maintaining opt-in and opt-out lists lies with the customer.
Keywords supported on the TF channel at the network layer:
- Opt-Out Keywords: STOP, ARRET, ARRÊT
- Opt-In Keywords: UNSTOP, START, DEBUT, DÉBUT, DEBUTER, DÉBUTER
