How does this affect me?
Windstream will not accept port-in requests during this timeframe. Orders that are submitted during this time will be queued for processing and resubmitted as soon as the blackout window is complete for the earliest available date.
What do I need to know?
To mitigate potential issues during the blackout period we highly recommend that you request a FOC date on or later than Tuesday, March 12, 2019.
How do I know if my order is affected?
When submitting a port order, be sure to reference the ‘Losing Carrier’ field. Below are the affected Service Provider IDs:
