Where can I find real-time network status updates?
If Bandwidth encounters a network service impairment or has a scheduled maintenance, we'll post real-time updates on the Bandwidth Status Page. You may subscribe to this page to receive updates via Email, SMS, WebHook, Atom feed, or RSS feed. Please note, that both Scheduled Maintenance and Service Impairments are via a single subscription.
Network incident update intervals
During a network incident, a 24/7 response team will alert customers of an impairment and provide updates via the Status Page.
- If an impairment is within our network, we'll provide updates about once an hour or sooner.
- If an impairment is outside of our network, such as a Local Market Impairment or catastrophic event, we'll provide updates about every 4 hours or sooner.
