Announcing Bandwidth Dashboard's new UI experience
FollowIn this article, you’ll learn about the recent changes to the Bandwidth Dashboard. When designing these visual changes we:
- Streamlined user workflows by bringing more information into view on a single page
- Created consistent terminology for instructions, field values, and error messages across all pages
- Made pages easier to scroll through
- Improved accessibility for all

For ease of reading, this article is broken into 2 major sections:
Pages with significant changes
These pages have changed significantly:
You'll be able to complete the same actions and use the same features, but some things may have moved around a bit. Here's what changed:
Reports
Change: Renamed to Insights.
Order Details
Change: Editing port orders is now beside the Port Information header.
Change: The form to upload documents has been moved closer to where the current documents are displayed.
Change: Order History and Notes are now combined below the Documents section.
Phone Number Details
New feature: You can now easily see the service type as a badge in the top section of the screen.
Change: The Move Number feature is now located in the top right corner of the screen.
Change: The Disconnect feature is now located in the top right corner of the screen.
Change: Line options are now on the screen by default and can be immediately updated.
Notifications
Change: To add a new notification, click the + ADD button at the top of the screen.
Pages with stylistic changes only
These pages have had no changes to their content or the features that are available, but there have been updates to the appearance and style.
