Changes in Toll-Free Port Out RequestsFollow
What do I need to know?
We're shortening the amount of time to approve or reject Toll-Free port out requests from 3 days to 2 days. When an end-user ports toll-free phone numbers away from your account, Bandwidth sends a ticket to your port-out contact to approve/reject the order. This change will align more closely with other key industry porting partners and industry guidelines.
Beginning on Wednesday, April 22nd, you'll no longer have 3 days to approve/reject Toll-Free port out requests and will need to adjust all future requests to meet this 2-day requirement.
