Toll-free port out request changes

We're shortening the amount of time to approve or reject toll-free port-out requests from 3 days to 2 days. When an end user ports toll-free phone numbers away from your account, Bandwidth sends a ticket to your port-out contact to approve or reject the order. This change will align more closely with other key industry porting partners and industry guidelines.

Beginning on April 22, 2020, you'll no longer have 3 days to approve or reject toll-free port-out requests, and will need to adjust all future requests to meet this 2-day requirement.
