If you’re a UC Premise user, you must set the quantity of concurrent calls (trunks) for your account on the Locations page. Each trunk is defined as a single concurrent channel or session.

The total number of trunks across all of your Locations will be added up to equal the quantity of concurrent calls for your account.

For example: If you have 5 UC Premise trunks on Location A and 20 on Location B, then your account can support 25 concurrent calls.

  1. Log into the Bandwidth App.
  2. From the side navigation menu, select Account and click Locations.
  3. Create a new Location.
  4. Select Unified Communications (UC) and navigate to UC Premise Trunks.
  5. Set the quantity of trunks for your Location. All of your Location’s trunks will be added together to equal the number of concurrent calls your account will allow.

Note: You must have a minimum of 1 trunk per Location.
