Yes! Bandwidth offers Conferencing as part of our Voice API features set.

What is Conferencing?

Conferencing allows multiple people to join and communicate with each other on a single phone call. Our Conferencing feature supports up to 20 lines and a maximum conference duration of 24 hours.

How is Conferencing billed?

Conferencing is billed at a flat rate per call leg and rounded up in 6-second increments. It will appear on your Bandwidth invoice as “API Conferencing” and list the number of Conferencing API calls, combined Minutes of Usage (MOU), as well as the total charge.

Note: You can find your Conferencing detail records in your Billing Detail Record (BDR) report.

How do I add Conferencing?

If you’re a Voice API customer, you already have this feature enabled. For information on how to use Conferencing and other features of our Voice APIs, visit our developer docs.
