How do I follow a section?

If you'd like to be notified via email when a new article is published in a particular section of the Bandwidth Support Center, you can follow that section.

How do I follow a section?

1. Log in to the Bandwidth Support Center.
2. Navigate to the section you'd like to follow and click the Follow button.
3. Select New Articles to receive an email when a new article is published in this section, or New Articles and Comments to also receive an email when a new comment is posted under any of the articles in this section.

Note: Email notifications about article updates are not supported at this time.

Where can I see all the sections I follow?

1. In the top-right corner, click Tickets and select View tickets.

2. Click the Following tab to see all of the sections you currently follow.
