How do I follow a support article or section?

Following an article or section lets you bookmark and access it later from your support center account, as well as receive emails about new comments and/or articles. 

How do I follow an article?

1. Log into the Bandwidth Support Center.
2. Navigate to the article you'd like to follow and click Follow.
3. You'll now receive emails about any new comments added below this article.  

How do I follow a section?

1. Log into the Bandwidth Support Center.
2. Navigate to the section you'd like to follow and click Follow.
3. Select New Articles if you'd like to receive emails about new articles in this section, or New Articles and Comments if you'd like to receive emails about new articles and new comments in this section.

Where can I see all the articles and sections I follow?

1. In the top-right corner, click Tickets and select View tickets.

2. Click the Following tab to see all the articles and sections you currently follow. Here you can also change your section follow preferences and unfollow any article or section.
