How do I create an account or reset my password in the Bandwidth Support Center?

Creating an account in the Bandwidth Support Center lets you view and manage your tickets all in one place. You can see a history of tickets you've created or been cc'd on, reply to tickets, as well as check their status. You can also view which support articles and sections you follow, or edit your subscription preferences. If you haven't created an account yet or you're having trouble with your Support Center login or password, check out the following tips and tricks.

Create an account

If you're new to Bandwidth Support, welcome! You can easily create an account:

  1. On the login screen, click Sign up.
  2. Enter your full name and email, and click Sign up.
  3. Check your inbox for the email with instructions on how to verify your email and set your password.

Create a password

If you've interacted with the Bandwidth Support Team via email before but haven't set up an account yet (or you're not sure), you're likely registered and just need to set a password:

  1. On the login screen, click Get a password.
  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
  3. Check your inbox for the email with instructions on how to set your password.

Reset your password

If you’re having trouble logging into the Bandwidth Support Center and you’re not sure you have the right login credentials, then it may be best to reset your password:

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
  3. Check your inbox for the email with instructions on how to reset your password.
