Hosted Messaging LOAs

A Letter of Authorization (LOA) is a legal document attesting that an individual has the legal authority to act on behalf of an organization or a business entity. To purchase Bandwidth's Hosted Messaging product, you must obtain a valid LOA from a subscriber or a North American Numbering Plan (NANP) provider, such as a CLEC or a RespOrg. If you don't have an LOA from a NANP provider, please ensure that you have an LOA from each subscriber before hosting the telephone number (TN).

To give you a better idea of what information is required, we've included several sample LOAs below. Feel free to use them as templates and adjust your branding as you see fit.

Note: Please ensure that the TNs are listed on the LOA. All LOAs associated with a case cannot be larger than 2.5 MB in combined size.
