Hosted Messaging LOAs

Emily Champion

A Letter of Authorization (LOA) is a legal document that attests that an individual has the legal authority to act on behalf of an organization or a business entity. To purchase Bandwidth's Hosted Messaging product, you must obtain a valid LOA from a subscriber or a NANP provider, such as a CLEC or a RespOrg. Please ensure that you have an LOA from each subscriber before hosting the TN, if you do not have an LOA from a NANP provider, such as a CLEC or a RespOrg.

To give you a better idea of what information is required, we've included several sample LOAs below. Feel free to use them as templates and adjust your branding as you see fit.

Note: Please ensure that the phone numbers are listed on the LOA.
