Changes to the messaging provisioning processFollow
TN option orders will display real-time messaging provisioning beginning March 2, 2022. This will provide you with the most accurate information regarding the status of your messaging provisioning.
What do I need to know?
We’re making a change to our messaging provisioning process to better reflect approval status through our carrier partners. The intention is to ensure your messaging services are completely approved prior to sending traffic. As a result, provisioning times may be longer than previously experienced, sometimes lasting several hours. This will improve the experience and help ensure that newly implemented carrier fines and fees for sending messages before provisioning is complete are avoided.
To view the provisioning status, please navigate to the Orders tab in the Bandwidth Dashboard, then find TN Option Orders. From there, you can see and refresh for the most recent order status.
