Update to Canadian carrier pass-through surcharges

What's happening?

Effective May 1, 2022, Eastlink Inc. Canada, FIDO Solutions, and Rogers will implement new or updated per message surcharges for mobile terminated (MT) messages.

These updated surcharges will be reflected on June invoices for May activity.

What do I need to know?

The updated surcharges are as follows:

	SMS Changes	MMS Changes
Eastlink Inc.	TF 0.0063 per message	TF 0.0079 per message
FIDO	LC 0.008 per message	LC 0.016 per message
Rogers	LC 0.008 per message	LC 0.016 per message
