What's happening?
In the coming months, Bandwidth will be transitioning LATA 939 (Naples and Fort Myers, Florida) from Tier 3 off-net to Tier 0 on-net.
What do I need to know?
As Bandwidth ports LATA 939 TNs to Tier 0 on-net, customers may see port-out notifications for their TNs. This is expected, as this is a porting activity; the TNs will be "porting out" of the 3rd party network and into Bandwidth’s network.
What do I need to do?
No action is needed from customers regarding this change, but customers can subscribe to updates to be notified about any LATA 939 market impairments or outages.
