T-Mobile provisioning errors

After registering your campaigns with TCR, there is an additional step that Bandwidth takes on your behalf to register your traffic fully with T-Mobile. When there are errors with this last provisioning step, you may see some failures in the TN option orders when you assign a TN to a campaign. The table below outlines the errors and resolutions we currently know about. 

Fallout will be handled by Bandwidth so if you see an error, do not be alarmed. If you experience any issues sending traffic to T-Mobile or blocking from T-Mobile on the TNs 1-2 business days after the failed TN option orders, please open a ticket with the TAC for further assistance. Most provisioning errors should be resolved by Bandwidth within 1-2 business days.

Campaign is not in Registered State to Process LongCode

Bandwidth will automatically retry, but remediation may be needed by the vendor if the campaign and TN continue to fail. 

Campaign not registered with Syniverse Remediation by our vendor - Bandwidth will submit this on your behalf. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days, but please reach out to the TAC if you experience issues with the TN.
10DLC Number Failed to register or remove. Please try after some time. Bandwidth will automatically retry, but remediation may be needed by the vendor if the campaign and TN continue to fail.
26:Throttling failure on throttling level: SERVICEPROVIDER_LEVEL, property: sdg_maxprovrequestrate Bandwidth will automatically retry, but remediation may be needed by the vendor if the campaign and TN continue to fail. Bandwidth will submit this on your behalf. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days, but please reach out to the TAC if you experience issues with the TN.
50035:ShortCode is associated to MT Campaign/Campaigns Bandwidth intervention is required. TN is still on a campaign, we need to either remove the old campaign and then also add the new one or reach out via a ticket to have our vendor remediate.
60016:Short code create/update/remove failed Resubmit at a later time.
60022:PolicyGroupId is not allowed to change Remediation by our vendor – Bandwidth will submit this on your behalf. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days, but please reach out to the TAC if you experience issues with the TN.
60064:Invalid short code And enum server status is: FAILURE Double-check that the 11-digit number is correct, if correct, remediation by our vendor – Bandwidth will submit this on your behalf. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days, but please reach out to the TAC if you experience issues with the TN.
60064:Invalid short code And  enum server status is: Unexpected network or system error Resubmit at a later time, if the error persists, remediation by our vendor – Bandwidth will submit this on your behalf. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days, but please reach out to the TAC if you experience issues with the TN.
60066:Partner cannot create/update with the requested state. Remediation by our vendor – Bandwidth will submit this on your behalf. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days, but please reach out to the TAC if you experience issues with the TN.
60135:could not configure the entity in the system, short code is already used Bandwidth intervention is required. TN is still on a campaign, we need to either remove the old campaign and then also add the new one or reach out via a ticket to have our vendor remediate.
